Eznat Architecture and Design
Eznat was set up in 2010 by Joe Bvumburai. He had previously worked in-house for a variety of different organisations.

Joe grew up in Africa, living in a one bedroom council house with his parents and five brothers and sisters. Whilst studying for his exams, Joe’s mother asked a local builder to extend their home to provide a space just for Joe. Given this extra room to study in peace, Joe came to understand the value of space and his ambition to become an architect was born.

Before moving to the UK, Joe applied to every architecture school in the world. Hull School of Architecture were the first to respond, inviting Joe to study in the Hull. Determined to take this opportunity, Joe knocked on the doors of all embassies in Lusaka and the final one - the Swedish Embassy - offered a grant to enable Joe to become an international student.
Joe has relayed his fascinating story which can be found via his personal Linkedin profile
The team at Eznat has a wide range of experience in new builds, residential conversions and extensions as well as development and project management of affordable housing associated with the Homes and Community Agency (HCA).
