To get started, we offer an initial consultation (with no obligation to progress with the design). During this meeting we discuss your ideas, the full budget and feasibility of the project.
Following the consultation you receive a report which builds a picture of what your new home could look like, and how we will work together.
Initial Consultation Report, What’s Included?
When considering rebuilding or remodelling your home, an initial consultation with Joe Bvumburai is the first step. As one of the leading British architects for home renovations, you can expect to receive the following information:
A registered and chartered architect’s opinion on the feasibility of the project.
An outline brief detailing rooms, sizes, orientation, etc.
Potential solutions or options in outline form.
Viability of planning consent.
An outline of the requirements for statutory Planning Consent and Building Regulations / Water Authority etc.
Travel expenses within a 30 mile radius from our office in Hull are included within the report fee (other areas priced at cost).
Production of the report which will be sent via email.
A schedule of services and fee proposal on the next stages of the project.
This initial report highlights the potential of your project and can build a strategy to precisely understand your requirements, our findings, recommendations and suggestions to move forward with a timeline and budget.
